What are some key differences in how you approach marketing your business now compared to before we started working together?

I think your advice that “Your current customer is always your next best customer” sums up the dramatic changes in how we approach marketing since partnering with you.
We originally contacted Chad with the goal of increasing new customer acquisition – but instead, he made a strong case for how we could grow our business by providing greater value to our current customers and leads. Concepts like customer ascension, re-activation, segmentation were all new and untapped strategies for us.
Our business was at a point where growth was slowing so we agreed to give Chad’s plan a try. The results were a dramatic 35% growth in e-commerce sales equating to nearly $1 million in additional sales during just our first year of working with Chad.

Have you adopted any new systems to make marketing your business more efficient or strategic?
Implementing the DRIP email platform along with Facebook re-marketing proved pivotal for our ability to customize our customer’s journey in order to provide greater value.
We’ve learned that it comes down to providing customers with the right message at the right time and Drip is a great tool that makes that possible.
Not only did we see dramatic results in increased sales but these tools also put our marketing on auto-pilot and freed me up to invest in other strategic areas of our business.
What were some of the specific strategies that we executed that made a tremendous difference either quickly, or over time?
I would say combining segmentation strategies with internal seasonal email launches produced some of our biggest and quickest wins in the tune of mid-6-figure 1-2 week long sales campaigns. Something we never thought possible before.
Also, automating email onboarding and nurturing with new leads with our best-repurposed evergreen content so that an email or video I may have spent hours creating can be used over and over and seen by every new customer.
How has the engagement with your email audience changed?
Providing greater value through email marketing has resulted in more engaged subscribers, resulting in substantial increases in repeat buyers.
Has the value you received as a result of the project been worth the investment of time and money?
The time and money invested with Chad has produced our highest marketing ROI since we started our business 20 years ago.
What skills have been improved upon or learned during our time together (copywriting, executing promotions, product development, etc.)?
Before working with Chad, digital marketing felt overwhelming and confusing. We knew that email funnels, workflows, remarketing pixels could be used to make a big difference in our business but we weren’t sure where to focus first and how to implement.
After our first project with Chad, we not only put a solid strategy that produced quick results but I also had a firm understanding of how digital marketing fits into our overall business. What to focus and what to ignore is now much more clear to us.
Since working with Chad we’ve also improved our sales copy not only in our email communications as well as on our website. Chad has taught us how to drop the corporate tone and instead speak to our customers as someone they can truly know, like and trust.
This has allowed us to build an engaged following of fans and customers who have a much higher perceived value of our business. This not only increased the loyalty of our customers but also gave the opportunity to increase our product margins while growing sales at the same time.
